- LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) — exceptional lifespan (2000+ cycles), maximum safety, stable power. Ideal for cargo and passenger tricycles, heavy-duty use.
- Graphene — enhanced Li-Ion with faster charging and slightly higher energy density. Found in premium models.
- AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) — sealed lead-acid battery with fiberglass separator. Budget-friendly but heavy; for short-range use.
- Gel — sealed lead-acid battery with gel electrolyte. Better deep-discharge tolerance than AGM, but still heavy.

- Values marked 12S, 16S, 20S, etc. refer to lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. The number S is the number of cells connected in series (each cell has a nominal voltage of 3.2V). Example: 12S × 3.2V = 38.4V.

Warranty
Most electric transport models (electric scooters, electric bicycles, electric scooters) are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
Batteries, which are a separate consumable component of the vehicle, are usually covered by a 6-month warranty, unless another period is specified in the documentation for a specific model.
Warranty obligations are provided and fulfilled by the importer, manufacturer, official brand representative or supplier of the goods, who ensure service and supply of spare parts in Ukraine.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden deficiencies identified during operation of the goods subject to the manufacturer's requirements.
The warranty does not cover:
- mechanical damage;
- consequences of falls and impacts;
- damage after an accident;
- moisture ingress in violation of operating conditions;
- independent intervention in the design or electronics;
- use of non-standard chargers or components;
- natural wear of tires, brake pads, lamps, bearings and other consumables;
- natural decrease in battery capacity during operation.
