Returns and Exchanges

Every customer has the right within 14 days to exchange or return a purchased product if, for any reason, it does not suit them. The exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

Conditions for exchange or return of goods:

1. No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
2. The product shows no signs of use, the original appearance is preserved (including the packaging), it has not been activated and has no damage, and is in complete set. The product powers on, all functions work properly, and there are no damages.
3. You must provide: a document confirming the purchase (receipt, invoice, or act); a passport or other identity document; a properly completed warranty card; bank card details if the purchase was made by non-cash payment.

A product with a defect or fault is subject to replacement or return according to the conclusion of the service center if such defect was reported by you to the service center within the warranty period and if the defect occurred due to the manufacturer and cannot be repaired. In this case, the above-mentioned documents must be provided.
