Return and exchange

Every buyer has the right to exchange or return the purchased goods within 14 days if for some reason they did not suit him. Exchange of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

Conditions for exchange or return of goods:

1. No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
2. The goods are without signs of use, the presentation is preserved (including packaging), not activated and without damage, complete. The goods turn on, all functions work, without damage.
3. It is necessary to present: a document confirming the purchase of the goods (receipt, invoice, act); passport or other identity document; warranty card properly filled out; bank card details if the purchase was made by bank transfer.

Goods with a defect or deficiency are subject to replacement or return according to the conclusion of the service center if such a defect was reported by you to the service center within the warranty period for the goods and if such a defect arose through the fault of the manufacturer and cannot be eliminated. In this case, the above documents must be presented.

Warranty

Most electric transport models (electric scooters, electric bicycles, electric scooters) are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Batteries, which are a separate consumable component of the vehicle, are usually covered by a 6-month warranty, unless another period is specified in the documentation for a specific model.

Warranty obligations are provided and fulfilled by the importer, manufacturer, official brand representative or supplier of the goods, who ensure service and supply of spare parts in Ukraine.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden deficiencies identified during operation of the goods subject to the manufacturer's requirements.

The warranty does not cover:

• mechanical damage;
• consequences of falls and impacts;
• damage after an accident;
• moisture ingress in violation of operating conditions;
• independent intervention in the design or electronics;
• use of non-standard chargers or components;
• natural wear of tires, brake pads, lamps, bearings and other consumables;
• natural decrease in battery capacity during operation.

The online store ensures proper execution of the purchase and organization of shipment of goods to the buyer. The seller also provides information on the warranty service procedure set out on this page, including upon separate request if additional information is required.

At the same time, the online store is not a manufacturer, importer or service center and does not independently carry out warranty repairs, technical diagnostics or examination of goods.

In the event of a warranty case, the appeal is considered by an authorized service center, importer or supplier, who, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and their own warranty obligations, decide on repair, replacement of goods or other ways to eliminate deficiencies.

The online store, for its part, provides the buyer with all necessary information about the warranty claim procedure and contacts of the responsible service center or supplier.

On this basis, the online store is not a participant in relations regarding compliance with and fulfillment of warranty obligations between the buyer and the authorized representative who declared the warranty and undertook to fulfill its conditions.
