Warranty obligations are provided and fulfilled by the importer, manufacturer, official brand representative or supplier of the goods, who ensure service and supply of spare parts in Ukraine.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden deficiencies identified during operation of the goods subject to the manufacturer's requirements.

The warranty does not cover:

mechanical damage;
consequences of falls and impacts;
damage after an accident;
moisture ingress in violation of operating conditions;
independent intervention in the design or electronics;
use of non-standard chargers or components;
natural wear of tires, brake pads, lamps, bearings and other consumables;
natural decrease in battery capacity during operation.
